    Movement Instructor

    Reiki Master

Stacey has 10 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. She started off leading HIIT classes like boot camps, competition based cycling and kickboxing. An injury pushed her into low impact work, catapulting her into opening her own Barre studio that she owned for 5 wonderful years. She's now shifted to working on dynamic, low impact strength classes with clients and looks forward to combining strength, stretching and breath work at the Bath House. Mind-body connection will be a major focus through class, as strong muscles are fantastic, but our minds and nervous systems equally need attention. As an empath, making people feel like the best version of themselves and reminding them of their inner strength means the world to her.

Classes offered: Yogalates and Private Movement Classes
