With a deep passion for holistic wellness, she specializes in nervous system regulation through intuitive facials, sound healing, and mindfulness-based practices. Her work is rooted in the belief that true healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and supported.

Her specialties include nervous system regulation through intuitive facials, somatic massage, cranial therapy, and immersive sound healing. Whether you’re in her treatment room or lying beneath the glow of crystal singing bowls, Alexandra creates a space where transformation unfolds gently and powerfully.

All of her offerings use pregnancy-safe, cruelty-free, and skin-sensitive products, thoughtfully chosen to support your body, mind, and spirit. With a background in energy work and over a decade as a professional makeup artist, Alexandra’s work is grounded in both beauty and soul.

With a background in assisted stretch therapy and corrective exercise, Megan understands the importance of functional movement. Her approach to body healing goes beyond the physical, encompassing the holistic well-being of her clients. Megan uses her extensive knowledge of body mechanics and anatomy to blend the ancient practice of Thai Yoga Stretch with stretch therapy, and uses her special intuitive healing touch to infuse her healing sessions with subtle yet powerful energy.  She has gone through multiple Reiki attunements and trainings in both Usui and Holy Fire Reiki.  Megan also brings in healing practices from Chinese Medicine and Shamanic traditions, creating a one-of-a-kind healing experience.  Sessions can combine body healing with energy healing or be separate.  Her touch brings harmony and vitality to anyone in her care.

Sam Kelly’s journey into the world of wellness began with an unexpected spark—a free introductory class that transformed into a thriving passion for pilates. With a background deeply rooted in the corporate sphere, Sam brings a unique perspective to her practice, blending analytical precision with heartfelt mindfulness. Her mission is clear: to make pilates a source of strength, stretch, and solace for every individual, regardless of their starting point.

Trained in a variety of apparatuses, including reformer, cadillac, and exo chair, Sam’s classes emphasize the beauty of controlled movement, breath connection, and the power of slowing down. She’s also certified in stand-up paddleboard pilates, inviting clients to embrace balance and core strength on the water.

Sam believes pilates is for every body and every stage of life. Whether through personalized modifications or creative challenges, she fosters an environment where clients can explore their unique capabilities while cultivating balance, flexibility, and resilience. Her teaching philosophy champions inclusivity and accessibility, aiming to dismantle barriers to wellness and share pilates' transformative power with diverse communities.

Her approach to tarot is not focused on future prediction, but on guiding you into a sacred conversation with your soul as a way to uncover hidden truths, integrate shadows, and reconnect with your own creative power and intuition. Her sessions invite clients to slow down, breathe, and listen to their inner wisdom. Through intuitive tarot, Reiki, and compassionate space-holding, Ali creates safe containers for deep transformation, energetic renewal, and self-remembrance. With a deep respect for mindful movement and the connection between breath and body, she creates a supportive space for students to explore balance, release, and self-awareness. Kelly’s passion for fitness, mental health, and holistic wellness shines through in every class, inspiring others to move with intention and discover calm through flow.

Steph is a lifelong lover of holistic wellness. After nearly 15 years working on the corporate side of health and wellness, a mental health crisis forced her to rethink her life path and what she wants to contribute to the world.

She hopes to help others find a sense of mental harmony, a respite from outside noise and negativity, and a light in the dark.

A self-described professional therapy attendee, she draws inspiration from Polyvagal Theory and the Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy model in her approach to healing and self-awareness. Steph believes we all have a core Self that leads many other inner parts. Our Self can get pushed to the background, leaving us feeling emotionally dysregulated, but we can heal by learning how to tend to our inner parts.

In her classes, Steph aims to create space for intentional Self-care — where imperfection, vulnerability, and authenticity are welcomed and honored.

Kasey has always had a passion for all things health and wellness. As she entered the fitness industry she quickly came to understand that true strength is cultivated through the connection of mind and body, and that both deserve intentional care.

In the Spring of 2024, she transitioned into small group fitness, where she was drawn to the energy, connection and shared commitment of growth that comes from moving together as a community. This path ultimately led her to Bath House, where the integration of holistic healing and strength-based movement create a truly aligned space for her approach to wellness. Kasey's positive energy and passion for movement shine through every class, creating an uplifting and motivating experience for everyone she leads.

Kay Walker is the founder of Marker Digital, a Philadelphia-based digital marketing agency helping local businesses grow through organic digital strategy. Since 2023, she has partnered with businesses and brands across the Greater Philadelphia area to build sustainable visibility across search, social, and digital.

Kay holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and brings a background in e-commerce and SEO from her time at URBN (Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie Group, Free People & Nuuly).

At Bath House, she supports the brand’s digital marketing presence, helping strengthen visibility, storytelling, and connection across search, social, and digital channels.
